北邙山上列墳塋，
萬古千秋對洛城。
城中日夕歌鐘起，
山上唯聞松柏聲。

On the side of the Northern Hill—tombs and mounds in rows—
Since ten thousand antiquities and myriad autumns opposite Lo city.
In the city day and night—the sound of singing and bells.
On the hill only hear pine and cypress murmur.
